In collaboration with HCL GUVI (An HCL Group Company), the Computer Science & Technology Department shall offer B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from 2026 batch onwards.

HCL–GUVI shall emphasize hands-on learning to ensure students gain practical skills that are directly applicable in the industry. The experts of HCL GUVI shall deliver training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs. These experts bring real-world insights and experience, enriching the curriculum and providing students with up-to-date industry knowledge and shall provide flexible learning options to students to learn at their own pace.

In collaboration with Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), an autonomous Scientific Society of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (“MeitY”), Government of India, the Computer Science & Technology Department shall offer B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering with specialization in Quantum Computing.

C-DAC is engaged in multiple areas of ICT, more specifically in the areas of high-performance computing, and their applications; multi-lingual computing and its applications; strategic electronics and its applications; software technologies including turnkey solutions related to governance, processes, societal applications, telecom, finance, power, health etc.; cyber security including data security and cyber forensics, and in education and training pertaining to high end technologies.

With live sessions from CDAC experts and SMEs, curated curriculum, and hands-on learning experiences, students shall gain mastery in Quantum Computing domain.

KPMG

This collaboration, supported by KPMG's industry expertise, will enrich curriculum development, offer insights into emerging trends, and provide students with valuable real-world perspectives. As a result, graduates will acquire practical, in-demand skills, boosting their competitiveness in the growing FinTech sector & improving their placement prospects.

Duration of KPMG Delivery will be for 225 Hours (15 credits - Core subjects) and mode of delivery will be Offline, on-campus.

The curricula for the B.Tech, specialization in Digital Transformation Engineering is developed with an intent to educate the engineering students on the leading-edge technologies, besides learning about HTML5, Agile Practices, Test Automation, Angular4, Estimation Techniques and Cloud Computing.

The program on Data Science & Machine Learning focuses on enhancing Applied Artificial Intelligence, Mathematical Foundations, Neural Networks, Statistical Foundations, Machine Learning.

Cisco Collaboration Setup

With the growing use of information technology and computers in different aspects of daily life and growing concerns about cyber security, it is important that we wake up and take steps to protect cyber infrastructure. This is only possible through training in different domains of Cyber Security. The curriculum for specialization courses have been designed by Cisco.

Cyber security experts from Cisco train the students on these courses, giving the exposure to real case studies in this domain. Cisco also supports students in Internship and Placement.
