Welcome to the School of Business, Manav Rachna University!

Every generation of business leaders is shaped by the world it grows up in. Ours is shaped by speed, by markets that shift overnight, technology that rewrites the rules of decision-making, and a pace of change that makes yesterday’s certainties unreliable guides for tomorrow. This is the world our students are entering, and it is the world we have built our school to prepare them for.

Business education that does not connect to the real world is incomplete. At the School of Business, that conviction is not a slogan, it is how we design what happens in our classrooms. We do not measure our success by degrees conferred. We measure it by the kind of thinking our students carry with them. Our students are challenged, supported, and held to a high standard, not because the first job matters less, but because the career that follows it matters more. The world they will work in for the next thirty years has not been written yet. Our task is to prepare them to write it well.

As Head of Department, I ask one question of every decision we make: are we preparing students for the world as it is, not the world as it was a decade ago? That question keeps us honest.
