Ms. Meenal Rawat

Brief Profile

Ms. Meenal Rawat holds an M.Ed. in education and an M.Sc. in botany. She is presently working on a doctorate in education. She has been an educator for over six years. Throughout her teaching career, she has participated in numerous FDPs covering a range of educational topics. So far, she has given paper presentations at three international and four national conferences. She has also led ATL workshops on idea development and business model canvas as part of the ATL mentoring program, as well as NEP 2020 workshops for teachers in schools connected to NGOs. NIIT University in Neemrana has invited her to appear on the podcast series on skill development.

As part of their OE4BW effort, she is also collaborating with UNESCO to develop open educational resources on sustainable education. So far, she has published four book chapters and two paper articles. The University of Ethiopia has recognized her as a Young Researcher, and Jamia Millia Islamia recently awarded her the Best Paper Presentation honour. Her areas of expertise are skill development, innovative pedagogies, and science education. Education innovations, NEP 2020, SDGs, and education and skill development are among her areas of interest.
