TOYCATHON - Physical edition was organized jointly by the Ministry of Education in coordination with five other Ministries viz: Ministry of Women & Child Development, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Ministry of Textiles from 24th to 26th May, 2021


The Department of ECE received a grant under the project titled - Modernization of Embedded system lab with Internet of Things(IoT) with a total cost of Rs 1911041/- in year 2022.

Received the EDA Tool Grant under the “Chips to Startup (C2S)” Scheme of MEITY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology), Government of India on 08 October 2024.


The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering secured an IEEE EPICS Grant of USD 7,000 for the project titled “Microwave Shields: Smart Defense Against Locust Invasions on 18.08.2025.
