Harsh Dhaiya (CSE Batch 2012-2016)

I joined Manav Rachna International University in 2012 and graduated in 2016. The 4 years spent at Manav Rachna were full of learning & new experiences. The faculties at Manav Rachna have inculcated a very positive learning atmosphere and I always got their support in everything I did. I had been involved in many extra-curricular activities like debating, coding, organising events, fest & MUNs which greatly helped in developing my confidence and people skills. The skills developed at Manav Rachna further helped me in succeeding when I started my company and also helped me in excelling in my MBA course at Cardiff University. Today, I am an entrepreneur. I founded my company Harvesto which develops technology solutions for the agriculture sector and is the leading soil testing technology company of the world.

Rohit Bhardawaj (CSE Batch 2013-2017)

My name is Rohit Bhardwaj, currently working in Wipro Pvt Ltd. as an Analyst. Few years back I was in Manav Rachna International University Faridabad. I was a B-Tech student. In those 4 years my life got drastically changed. The experience I gained there was fabulous, faculty staff helped me so much that I was able to learn the things that i am able to apply in my current profile. The facilities there make learning so much easier. I really miss those days of college and miss the friends and the teachers that helped me to develop as a good human being.

Nancy Singla (CSE Batch 2013-2017)

The academic experience with a world class infrastructure and excellent faculty at Manav Rachna International University has endured me with a lifelong career excellence. The exceptional programmes and teaching methodologies backed by practical skills and industry interface have given me the confidence to pursue my career ahead. The all-time support and motivation of the faculty members of Computer Science & Engineering Department has enlightened me throughout the beautiful journey. I am currently working as Sr. Devops engineer at TCZ Consulting LLP. I miss my college life.

Amir Khan (CSE Batch 2013-2017)

My name is Amir Khan, currently working in American Epay Systems as Software Engineer. I was student of Manav Rachna International University Faridabad, B.Tech (2013-17).In those 4 years I learned a lot. Those years taught me alot not only academically but it was also a crucial learning experience of my life, faculty taught us from the basics which are even today helpful in my professional work and challenges. College helps you transform from a shy school kid to a mature professional ready to face the corporate world and it's challenges. I really miss those days of college and miss the friends and the teachers who all helped me become a good human being.

Rishav Verma (CSE Batch 2014-2018)

My time at Manav Rachna was a life changing experience. When I entered the college, I had no idea where will I eventually land, but at Manav Rachna I had all the resources that enabled me to explore new boundaries and my teachers constantly guided me towards the right direction. They had always been available and approachable. Their constant efforts to provide me with the best learning material and their adaptive and innovative teaching strategies ensured that I learned every bit of our curriculum. Apart from studies, the college also made sure I developed extra-curricular skills and grow overall as an individual. I had multiple opportunities to showcase my talent in inter- and intra- college events. The incubation centre at Manav Rachna helped me to think out of the box, acquire new technical skills and put my mind at work to build projects that ushered my way to winning several prestigious competitions. I need not mention that all of this made getting placed in reputed organizations a piece of cake!

Uma Sharma (CSE Batch 2012-2016)

My name is Uma Sharma and I am B.Tech CSE 2016 passout from Manav Rachna International University which is renamed as Manav Rachna International Institute of Research And Studies. Though I am working from around 3.5 years, I still thank Manav Rachna at every point when I achieve success. Also the gratitude is same even when I am learning and growing because my college have taught me how to shape yourself in your best colours.

It was a wonderful college experience and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you Manav Rachna for shaping me into the adult that I am today. I can never forget the support I got from Amit Bhalla Sir and Sarkar Talwar Sir at times when I had financial crises and I was in a situation to drop my college. Thank a ton to both of them for their overwhelming support and wishes.

There is no doubt that the professors that truly cared about each and every student's success and put their true efforts to encourage and help in every way possible. Thank you for providing me with lifelong mentors to whom I could always talk at any point in my career. Also, we are connected on social media and they have helped and motivated me at many situations. Specially Neha Batra Mam, Chinmay Gupta Sir, Harish Sir, and Rajesh Sir(from admin department). Thank you for opening doors to so many opportunities and thank you for setting me up for success. Thank you for being the place where I discovered myself. I got to spread my wings and became the best version of myself on campus and I got to be a part of memorable experiences and one-of-a-kind opportunities that I don't think I would have found anywhere else. Thank you for truly caring about the well-being of the students.

Moreover, I found similar peeps and we became friends for life. Manav Rachna was my second home and the CSE program was my second family. We went through everything together and supported each other through everything. Thank you for all of the laughs, the tears, and the unforgettable memories. Now few of us are in abroad, few are married and some of us like me are exploring the world and are traveling around. Wherever we all are, our families and professors are proud and happy for us. I don't think many students have ever stopped to think about how much impact their college has made to them, but I have and I can honestly say that I would be not where I am today without my college and for that, I owe a huge thank you.

Damini Dheer B.Tech CSE, Class of 2012-16 (Currently working with Accenture)

I am Damini Dheer, an alumna of the 2012–2016 batch from the Computer Science & Engineering department at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. My journey at Manav Rachna played a significant role in shaping both my technical foundation and my professional outlook. The CSE curriculum provided me with strong conceptual clarity in core subjects, while various academic projects and practical assignments helped me develop problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills. The consistent guidance from faculty members and the collaborative learning environment encouraged me to explore beyond textbooks and build confidence in applying my knowledge to real-world challenges.

The exposure I received during my undergraduate years prepared me well for the corporate world. Currently, as a professional working with Accenture, I continue to leverage the technical skills, discipline, and adaptability that I cultivated during my time at the university. The emphasis on practical learning and structured thinking has been particularly valuable in navigating complex projects and dynamic team environments.

I am grateful to Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies for providing me with a strong academic foundation and the confidence to pursue my professional aspirations. My time there not only equipped me with technical expertise but also instilled in me the importance of continuous learning and professional integrity.

Purav Rustagi B.Tech CSE, Class of 2002-06(Currently working with SAP)

I am Purav Rustagi, an alumnus of the 2002–2006 batch from the Computer Science & Engineering department at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. Reflecting on my time at Manav Rachna, I am filled with gratitude for the strong academic foundation and the practical mindset it instilled in me. The rigorous curriculum, complemented by supportive faculty who encouraged curiosity and hands-on problem solving, helped me develop a deep understanding of core computer science principles and a passion for technology that has guided my entire career.

Since graduating, I have grown professionally into roles that span enterprise solution design, architecture, consulting, and cloud technologies. In my current role at SAP as a Principal Enterprise Consultant, I get to solve complex business challenges, drive digital transformation initiatives, and help organizations unlock value through technology. The ability to analyze large-scale systems, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and continuously adapt — skills that were nurtured during my years at Manav Rachna — have been invaluable assets throughout my journey.

Beyond technical expertise, the institute cultivated in me a mindset of resilience and lifelong learning. Whether it was tackling challenging coursework or collaborating on team projects, those experiences shaped the way I approach problems today — with persistence, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.

Somya Dwivedi B.Tech CSE, Class of 2016-20(Currently working with Google)

I am Somya Dwivedi, an alumna of the Computer Science & Engineering department at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (Class of 2020). Looking back on my time at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, I’m truly grateful for the supportive academic environment that helped shape my technical thinking and professional confidence. The rigorous curriculum in CSE, combined with practical exposure through projects and lab work, gave me a solid foundation in core computing concepts and problem-solving skills. It was during those formative years that I learned not just how to write code, but how to think like an engineer — to break down complex challenges, collaborate with peers, and continuously learn through hands-on experience.

Today, I’m continuing my professional journey as a Specialist in Cloud Engineering at LTIMindtree, where I work on designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions, optimize infrastructure, and support clients through their digital transformation journeys. My role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams across the globe — skills that were nurtured during my time at Manav Rachna.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but none of it would have been possible without the strong grounding I received from my alma mater. The lessons I learned, the challenges I faced, and the encouragement I received from faculty and classmates alike continue to inspire me to grow, innovate, and give back to the tech community.

I am always excited about what’s next and committed to lifelong learning — something that began with my first day at the CSE department of Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies.

Rishabh Puggal B.Tech CSE, Class of 2017-21(Currently working with Infosys)

I am Rishabh Puggal, an alumnus of the Computer Science & Engineering department at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. My journey at Manav Rachna laid the foundation for both my professional career and personal growth. The structured curriculum, practical exposure, and constant encouragement from faculty helped me build strong analytical and technical skills. More importantly, my time there taught me discipline — the ability to stay consistent, adapt to challenges, and keep pushing forward, qualities that continue to define me today.

Currently, I am working as an SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing Consultant, where I focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and business-driven manufacturing solutions. Working in the SAP ecosystem has given me the opportunity to understand complex enterprise processes and translate them into optimized digital solutions. The problem-solving mindset and structured thinking I developed during my engineering years have been invaluable in handling real-world business challenges.

Beyond my professional journey, I strongly believe in discipline and consistency — values that I practice not just at work but also in life. As a passionate runner, endurance sports have taught me resilience, focus, and the importance of long-term commitment. The same mindset reflects in my professional approach: stay consistent, keep improving, and always strive for excellence.
