Dr. Yashu Swami

Brief Profile

Dr. Yashu Swami is a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at MRIIRS. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PTU, Jalandhar, and an M.Tech in VLSI Design from GGSIPU, Delhi. He earned his Ph.D. in Nanoelectronics and VLSI Design from MNNIT Allahabad, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in Nanoelectronics at IIT Ropar. With 14 years of teaching experience and 4 years of research experience, Dr. Swami has published in multiple peer-reviewed journals and conferences. His research focuses on advancing nanoelectronics and VLSI design, contributing significantly to both academia and industry. Dr. Swami has guided two Ph.D. scholars, published one patent, and secured research funding. His work aims to drive innovation in nano-scale devices and integrated circuits, fostering cutting-edge developments in the field.
