Dr. Rashima Mahajan

Brief Profile

Dr. Rashima Mahajan has 17+ years of teaching and research experience at universities of repute and dedicated research centers like NBRC (National Brain Research Centre) Manesar. She is working as Professor with the CSE Dept, MRIIRS, and Dean IQAC, MRIIRS Faridabad. She did her Ph.D in Signal Processing. She has published more than 70 research papers/book chapters in peer reviewed International Journals and Conferences. She has authored a book with Elsevier: Title- EEG Based Brain Computer Interfaces: Cognitive Analysis and Control applications, March 2019. She is a reviewer of international journals of repute including IEEE Transactions on Biomedical engineering, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, IET Science, Measurement & Technology, International Journal of Information Technology (Springer Publishers), Computers in Biology and Medicine (Elsevier). She has chaired technical sessions of many reputed International Conferences. Presently one scholar is pursuing PhD under her guidance and three have been awarded. Her areas of expertise are Signal Processing, Biomedical Signal processing, Brain mapping via EEG/MRI, Image Processing and Machine Learning/Data Science. She is a member of IEEE signal processing society.
