Dr. Nazia Hasan

Brief Profile

Dr. Nazia Hasan is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive years of teaching experience in Accounting and Finance. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad. Her doctoral research titled “Efficacy of Fintech in Delivering Microfinance Services in Urban Areas” reflects her deep interest in emerging financial technologies and their impact on financial inclusion. She has published extensively in Scopus-indexed (Q1 and Q2), Web of Science, UGC and ABDC journals. Beyond teaching core subjects like Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Management across BBA, MBA, and integrated law programs, she has actively contributed to institutional development. Her academic journey is supplemented by a wide range of professional development programs. She attended more than 20 Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and webinars on teaching pedagogy, research methodologies, PLS SEM, bibliometric analysis, and case study teaching methods. She has also contributed to academia by reviewing scholarly articles for reputed international journals and publishing book chapters in areas such as social stratification, catering management, and social media marketing.
