Brief Profile

CA Nancy Goyal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 2008. She is a rank holder at both the CA Foundation and CA Final levels. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from IGNOU and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com (H)) from Hindu College, Delhi University. She has extensive professional experience in the areas of Statutory Audit, Bank Audit, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax matters, and related advisory services. She has also represented several clients before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) [CIT(A)] in income tax assessment and appellate proceedings. After gaining hands-on experience in the core areas of direct taxation and auditing, she transitioned into academia and mentoring, driven by a deep passion for guiding and shaping the next generation of finance professionals. Currently, she is associated with Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies as an Assistant Professor.
