Ashwarya Kapoor received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Delhi. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Commerce, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad, India. Her area of research is services marketing with emphasis on the service quality of mobile wallets. She has presented many papers at national and international conferences. Her research has been published in national and international journals of repute like Computers & Industrial Engineering, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Global Business Review, International Journal of E-Business Research, International Journal of Process Management and Benchmarking, International Journal of Business Excellence, and Journal of Financial Services Marketing.
