Brief Profile

Aman Kumar is an accomplished academician, researcher, and professional trainer in the domains of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, and Intelligent Software Systems, with over 12 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic engagement. He qualified the UGC-NET examination four consecutive times with a percentile above 95, reflecting his strong academic foundation and consistent scholarly excellence.

He is currently a Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of Computer Engineering at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. He earned his first Master’s degree (MCA) from Kumaon Engineering College, an autonomous institution of the Government of Uttarakhand, and completed his M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from Graphic Era University, Dehradun, India. Receiving the Best Research Paper Award for his very first research publication inspired him to pursue a continuous and dedicated path in research and academics. His current research interests include the development of intelligent systems based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning paradigms. He has a substantial research record with 25 publications, including research papers and book chapters indexed in SCI, Scopus, and UGC-CARE, along with four patents in emerging technology areas.

He is a Wipro Certified Faculty (WCF) in Java J2EE and Python (December 2020) by Wipro Limited. The WCF program recognizes certified trainers for their technical proficiency and teaching capabilities. He also served as a certified Mentor under the DST–Texas Instruments India Innovation Challenge Design Contest (IICDC) for 2018 and 2019. Aman Kumar holds the prestigious “Arctic Code Vault Contributor” badge from GitHub for his 26 AI & ML-based code and project repositories, preserved for long-term archival due to their valuable contribution to the developer community. He is an active member of the IEEE Computer Society and a Life Member of the IEEE Cloud Computing Society (Membership No. 92659260) since 2011, demonstrating sustained involvement in global professional and research communities.

As a dedicated academic trainer and resource person, he has delivered numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and expert sessions. He also contributed as a Resource Person in the AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy Hybrid Faculty Development Program on “Data Science” conducted from 05/12/2022 to 16/12/2022 at the JEE and TRD Cell. Additionally, he served as the Convener of IEEE ICRT 2023, highlighting his academic leadership and commitment to advancing research and innovation.
