The M.A./M.Sc. Neurocognitive Psychology is a 2-year interdisciplinary postgraduate programme designed to integrate psychology, neuroscience, cognition, behaviour, and emerging evidence-based intervention and assistive technologies. The programme provides advanced theoretical understanding and applied training in neurocognitive functioning, brain-behaviour relationships, cognitive assessment, neuropsychological rehabilitation, behavioural analytics, and evidence-based interventions.
The curriculum combines contemporary perspectives from cognitive neuroscience, neuropsychology, artificial intelligence, behavioural sciences, psychophysiology, neurofeedback, and applied cognitive research. Students are trained through classroom learning, laboratory exposure, research projects, case-based discussions, internships, and hands-on experience with neurocognitive assessment and neurotechnology tools.
The programme prepares students for careers in research, healthcare, academia, neurotechnology industries, rehabilitation settings, organizational consulting, sports cognition, human factors, cognitive analytics, and advanced doctoral research.

The M.A./M.Sc. Neurocognitive Psychology programme equips students with an advanced understanding of cognition, brain functioning, neuropsychology, behavioural sciences, and organizational behaviour while developing applied competencies in neurocognitive assessment, research methodology, neurotechnology, rehabilitation, cognitive performance enhancement, and behavioural analytics.

A student shall be eligible for admission to the M.A./M.Sc. Neurocognitive Psychology programme if he/she has passed a 3-year B.A./B.Sc. degree or a 4-year B.A./B.Sc. degree with Honours/Honours with Research with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university/institution.
For candidates belonging to SC/ST categories, a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate shall be applicable, as per Government of India (GOI) norms.
