Programme Overview

The BA Global Dual Degree in Media and Communication with Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, has been designed with a 1.5 + 2 framework. At Manav Rachna, students start with BA Global Dual Degree in Media and Communication for 1.5 years, before transferring to VUW to complete their Bachelor of Communication over a two-year period.

The dual degree program prepares students to develop their skills as practitioners within the field of journalism and mass communication while gaining an international perspective and providing opportunities for employment in these fields upon graduation. Upon successful completion, students will get dual credentials from both Manav Rachna and VUW, respectively.

Academic Mentorship

The second phase is an international degree program that allows eligible students to learn in an intensive global academic environment in Victoria University of Wellington, which combines contemporary media, strategy, network and industry practices with career preparedness.

Eligibility

For MRIIRS:
Students need to clear 10+2 examinations with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks. They also need to appear for the Manav Rachna National Aptitude Test (MRNAT).

To proceed to the second phase, students need to pass their BA Media and Communication program at MRIIRS. Students also need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 with no band score less than 5.5. The program also accepts a similar score in PTE, TOEFL or Duolingo.
