Dr. Neeraj Bansal

Brief Profile

Dr. Neeraj Bansal is currently serving as a Reader in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Manav Rachna Dental College, Faridabad. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, University of Delhi, and pursued his Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi.

He holds prestigious fellowships including Fellow of Cranio-Maxillofacial Trauma Surgery awarded by the Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of India (AOMSI), and Fellow of the Indian Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (IBOMS). Dr. Bansal has previously worked at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi and has undergone specialized training in Head & Neck Oncology from Dharamshila Narayana Super speciality Hospital, Delhi. He also worked as Senior Resident in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, Delhi.

An active member of the Association for the Study of Internal Fixation – Craniomaxillofacial Surgery (AOCMF) and Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of India (AOMSI), Dr. Bansal’s surgical expertise spans a wide range of procedures including cranio-maxillofacial trauma, benign orofacial pathologies, oral malignancies, facial reconstruction, temporomandibular joint disorders, orthognathic and cleft surgeries, as well as tooth disimpaction and implantology.

Dr. Bansal has presented numerous papers and posters at national and international conferences and has been the recipient of award from the Indian Dental Association (IDA). He has been invited to deliver lectures at various national forums and has published several research articles in PubMed and Scopus-indexed journals. In addition to his academic and clinical achievements, Dr. Bansal holds innovation patents in the field of maxillofacial surgery.
